When my brother and I came from China 10 years ago. Our English was not very good and we had to travel frequently to meet with buyers and companies we could source materials from in both USA and in China for our Import/Export business. My brother’s daughter Wei, suggested we do business with an American company like US Answering Service to take all our calls when we were away on business, which was often. And also so that all our callers could hear that good English speaking person answer our phones. This was especially helpful when American companies and buyers would call us. Also considering the time difference in Asia-Pacific, the services US Answering Service provided were necessary.

I started as a Photographer in London and then moved to the States on a part-time basis in 2003. However, I still have a lot of family, friends and business clients in the UK, and business travel to the UK and others parts of Europe was and still is a necessity.
